PRODUCT AND CORE RETURNS

WITHOUT EXCEPTION, RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION FORM (RMA). You will find a link to the RMA form at the bottom of the page.

CORE RETURN POLICY

All orders requiring a core return include a prepaid shipping label for hassle free core returns! All you have to do is place your core securely in the box and place your included label on the box and you are all set!

If you would like to process a return core, the following should be noted:

  • All fluids must be drained from the core.
  • The core must be securely wrapped in plastic and sealed.
  • Cores must be returned in the packaging in which your order was shipped.
  • We will only accept cores for the same model year and part#.

The following are NOT acceptable for return cores:

  • Bent or missing parts
  • Bent or broken core
  • Disassembled core
  • Missing parts
  • Damaged threads
  • Rust beyond a reasonable limit determined by our inspection department
  • Fire damage

Cores not meeting the above criteria will receive no core credit and will be scrapped.

Under no circumstances will credit be given for any cores that are not received within thirty (30) days from the date of your order.

DEFECTIVE RETURN POLICY

ALL PRODUCTS ARE WARRANTED TO BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP.

If you would like to return an item for credit as defective, the following should be noted:

  • There is no limit on hours or mileage
  • Diesel parts are warranted for 12 months
  • Gas injectors are warranted for 24 months
  • Rack and pinions are warranted for 12 months

Parts will be tested and, when confirmed to be defective, credit will be issued

NEW RETURN POLICY

All new parts which are returned, unused, are subject to a 15% restocking fee, except if the incorrect part was shipped.
